April – October
For me…
When Carol Kirkwood says 20+ degrees, its shorts and a long sleeve top.
When Carol Kirkwood says 25+ degrees, its shorts and a t-shirt.
When Carol Kirkwood says 30+ degrees, you moan religiously in shorts as you cannot sleep.
I’m usually at body temperature
Starting from 15 should be fine.
I started today!
28+ but even then it’s trousers when I go outside.
Whenever I feel warm
All year round.
March. Until November. Apparently wearing them in the other months is “wierd”, “freaky” and “embarrassing” according to my offspring
Got mine on now, once it stops freezing in a morning I’ll wear them all the time when I can
Above 0°C.
20 if it’s in work. Outside for that maybe 16. Depends on if the wind is cold and how active I’m being.
25c to be showing my knees. Today I was in cropped trousers.
Stay on the coast of Scotland, for most mad lads it’s like 10°
25⁰C- below that trousers are comfortable unless you are exercising.
8°C. I have great legs.
I used to live in 40+ degrees and no one was wearing shorts
I don’t. Have you seen female shorts! There almost as short as knickers! I prefer a skirt or casual dress. Normally as soon as the sun’s out and there’s no wind. About 18c
I don’t wear shorts in December/January but I do live in the south east.
I have been wearing mine since Late Feb early March this year. Rain/sleet/snow generally puts me off more than the temperature.
I wear shorts when it’s 20+.
Over 16 I consider it t-shirt and arms out weather.
Flip flops all year round.
I don’t. Women’s shorts are awful, your bum tends to eat them.
My next door neighbour wears them all year round. Literally every day. The only time I’ve seen him in trousers was one day he actually decided it was too cold because it had snowed. It snowed the day after too, but he was back in his shorts.
I didn’t realise shorts were temperature independent. I thought it was just formality dependent. (I ony wear long trousers at work, christenings, weddings and funerals)
Probably like 22 degrees. I feel the cold a lot
If you think I’m exposing my pasty skin to sun damage at any point of the year you’re having a laugh.
If it’s dry, I’ll wear shorts.
All year round. Got some looks from the locals when I was wearing them in minus 23 in Sweden, but that was their problem
I haven’t worn shorts casually since I was about eight years old. For me, they’re for playing sports in – seeing a grown man walk about in e.g. a shopping centre wearing a pair of shorts just looks stupid IMO.
