I am looking to exchange my driving licence abroad and I have been told that if my driving licence is from Great Bretain and NI, then it will be swapped at the appointment, but if it is from the United Kingdom, I will need to do a theory and practice test.
Does it exist a difference between GB+NI and UK driving licence?

GB&NI are the UK so are you sure you’ve not looked at UKraine and just misread something?
GB and NI have different licences but they both say UK on the front. Which country are you trying to exchange in and what licence do you have?
