Can I use an expired passport for my right to work?

2. Right to work in the UK is something I audit regularly in my job and we can accept an expired passport up to 2 years expired. We don’t even look at the photo so that shouldn’t matter. If that doesn’t work, anything with your NI number should do

3. Legally it’s not an issue but your employer might not accept it. They will be the ones to ask.
