Long story short, I met this couple on a dating app. They are both cute but I was looking for a girl only (that would be my first girl experience), but she convinced me it would be nice to have a guy also (her bf, in this case). So I am exited but I want to know if any of you have any tips or if you have done the same, please share

Not female, so just general advice.
Take it slow. Nothing says you need to jump in the sack immediately upon entering the door.
Go out for some drinks (all 3 people, but no others), with no plans to return to the bedroom that night. Relax, talk about it, feel each other out (the verbal way). Go home and think on it, and plan from there. Or, if you’re really feeling it right away, abandon the plan and go for it.
Have an open conversation between the three of you about boundaries before you smoosh
So this will be a different thing entirely.
And you’ll still need to go find your girl only experience.
Negotiations are key.
They either together and/or individually have fantasies about how this is going to go already.
You need to ask them very clearly what they would want to happen for their desires to be met.
You must also very clearly state what you are and are not going to do or entertain.
Consider it a first time and know you can get crazier if you 3 do it again.
