I am a large B.O.I and thus struggle to sort my body temp out in this ‘in between’ range of temperature.

To my fellow large’uns and my menopausal sisters – what has worked for you?

EDIT: I am currently using a 1-tog duvet

  1. I’m not menopausal but a duvet makes me too sweaty but I get cold in bed. I use a 100% cotton sheet. Brushed cotton when its cold, normal cotton when its not. Then either a scratchy wool blanket or cotton blanket or bamboo blanket (nature fibres only, blanket depends on temperature), then an empty duvet cover on top. Then because I’m made me ice I have another blanket, again which one depends on temperature. I remove layers when its really hot but its rarely that hot. Layers and natural fibres are the key.

  2. i am currently using a 9 tog duvet, how tf you can sleep with 1 tog i have no idea.

  3. A quilt maybe? You can get them in tkmax, we use ours as an in-between of our summer duvet and a sheet.
