I have been dating my boyfriend for about 3 months now, but we have been talking pretty much every night before bed for about a year. This has become a part of my routine.
Lately, he has been swamped with work and we are unable to talk. I understand he is busy, and I need to find alternatives to feel okay and break my habit.
Moreover, I recently had ugly fall outs with my friends which has made me more anxious and i feel his need more than ever.
How can I start to heal?
