After the rather tasty weather over the past few days, and the utter shit that is forecasts in the UK, I’ve been left wondering if there is a subreddit with information about weather events, storms, flooding and disruption for the UK.
There are plenty of Yank ‘storm chasing’ subs and the like, but I can’t seem to find anything for the correct side of the pond.
Would anyone care to enlighten me?

No idea but just a comment on the actual weather we’ve had is only unusual for the particular bits of the uk.
If you actually want to see weather like this all the time try the outer Hebrides or places like Shetland in the winter.
Personally I’m hoping for another beast from the east this winter.

No active subreddits as far as I know, but both Netweather and UKWW have busy forums that cover pretty much everything to do with weather observations and forecasting, and some professionals post on there too.
