Should I compliment any changes she made? Would it be alright to just start complimenting her? And would it be okay to compliment on something that she has already worn or what I have already complimented on?
I like this girl and have given her a few compliments such as her nails and sunglasses she was wearing. She appreciates it, but I want to compliment on other things such as her smile, her hair, her eyes, voice etc. But how should I compliment her and without making her feel uncomfortable.

How close are you? Is she some random girl or are you friends or what? Regardless, unless you know she reciprocates some feelings, do not compliment physical features. Just stick with clothes, taste in x, etc. It’s hard to pull of a compliment on the way someone looks if you’re not in a position to do so
