1. No. That would actually be a positive thing. I do not understand the importance placed on social media.

2. Not necessarily a red flag, could just mean he values privacy or is not interested in social media.

3. I’m a guy with almost no social media, I wouldn’t date someone who sees no sm as a red flag. I see so many posts about women talking about how their bfs following models and the like on sm, so I always figured no sm, no problem.
