the guy pulled out before he came but he worried me by saying there’s a chance of pregnancy as he was about to come some sperm could have been released early and he suggested in the morning I go get the pill. Is it worth it? Is it something to even worry about purchasing because he obviously do not come inside of me?

Absolutely. There is still a chance you can get pregnant. Pullout is one of the least reliable contraception methods.
Take the pill and then get some steady birth control. Women who use the withdrawal method don’t always win the gamble.
You shouldn’t be having sex and not using some sort of protection if your goal is to not get pregnant . Your playing a gamble game that you’ll eventually lose … why risk it ?
