Making a mushroom brandy cream sauce pasta. Y’all want some? What would you like paired with it?

  1. Should be the topping on a 20oz. porter house coupled with garlic mashed potatos and string beans. Wash it down with a nice Merlot.

  2. Grouse breasts with chanterelles would probably go well with your sauce, and garlic bread because, well, uh, it’s garlic bread.

  3. Grilled chicken with sauce drizzled over it and buttered grilled asparagus.

  4. Put some chunks of tender stewed beef in there and you got a fancy ass stroganoff
