She has a date tomorrow and is concerned about having sex with a cis guy bc they were going to use a double dildo with a strap-on, but now she’s wondering about how safe it is to have his butt and her vagina in that kind of proximity
Is it the same as having sex with a cis guy wearing a condom or is it more risky?

My wife and I have done this a bunch of times, no issue.
If it’s been in a butt, it shouldn’t go in a vagina. Proximity is fine, penetration is not.
It really depends on the dildo. A properly designed double won’t move back & forth to any real degree (esp when used with a harness), so cross contamination *shouldn’t* be an issue.
I personally wouldn’t do it, but if I were her I would have her wear the belt as to keep his end from going in her. Use a long double ended dildo and make sure she goes to pee and cleans very very well after.
