if you’ve clicked in just to say something along the lines of ‘i DoN’t HaVe OnE bCuZ sHe SuCks’ no need to waste your time, move along

so my wife brought me to the eras tour recently somewhat against my will. i held the opinion that all swift makes are pop breakup albums

imagine my surprise when i walked out of there extremely impressed by the variety of her music and the depth of her lyrics

anyway, now that i want to listen i’m finding that her discography is massive. what’s your favorite song? looking to listen to the bangers first

  1. I’m a 37 year old man who listens to underground/indie stuff, but “I Know Places” is a fucking excellent pop song, and most of that 1989 album is made of fucking excellent pop songs.

  2. Oh boy, I’m a Swiftie myself so this is a rough one. I’m going to go with Hits Different as my #1 for right now, Enchanted as my forever favorite, and You Are In Love as a refreshed favorite.

  3. Definitely Blank Space. Has a great melody and the chorus is very catchy, not super familiar with much of the last few albums, but generally think everything from her is fairly pleasant

  4. Bad blood is kinda a jam. She’s not my usual style of music so I’d probably struggle to actually name her songs, except maybe shake it off, but I’d recognise them if I heard them. I feel like when it comes to men her looks are way overrated and her music way underrated.

  5. The Archer, on her Lover album is my favorite song of hers ever. But her Folklore album is incredible and my favorite album. Cardigan may be my favorite on there. My Tears Ricochet, Mirrorball, and Hoax are up their for me too though.

  6. Look What You Made Me Do. I love everything about it.

Edit to add: I Knew You Were Trouble is a very close second.

  7. Here are five for you: Willow, Right Where You Left Me, Champagne Problems, Maroon, and Dorothea.

  8. My sister is a big swiftie and she brought me to the show in Nashville, her outfit was lovers and since I’m a metal guy I did reputation since it’s her edgy album. She started that era with ready for it and man, the hype was felt in that stadium. That one’s got to be my favorite.
