I 27f and my boyfriend 26m have been together for 5 years. In the last year I’ve started to spot after he fingers me and my vagina is quite sore. Nothing has changed about his technique. So idk if this is normal or something I should be concerned about. I will add that I have pcos and I don’t experience periods anymore and I’m not on any birth control.
