2. – People generally are thinking more about themselves and their insecurities than you
   – If you don’t ask you don’t get (take this one with a grain of salt but I did help)
   – it’s better to ask forgiveness than permission
   – never trust a landlord or an estate agent
   – your own split can stop your own blood from staining (I’m very clumsy this was a big revelation)
   – in regards things going wrong if you won’t remember it in 5 years it’s not important, if you won’t remember it next week it’s really not important

3. Black pepper will stop bleeding.

   WHAT you say is less important than HOW you say it.

4. I don’t listen to any advice. I do what I want.
