I know that making recruiters like you is so so important but my social skills aren’t that good. I’m confident with my qualifications, but I don’t have much charisma and anything to say (small talk) to recruiters. What should I do?

  1. Preparing an elevator pitch of your current skills and how you could be an asset to said company would be good. Even better would be looking at the companies you’re interested in that are going to be there; doing some research and catering your pitch to their company goal.
