I got canceled on today and I keep dwelling on it. They were kind about it and gave a genuine reason but there’s been quite a few times where other people cancel on me without any regard or effort to reschedule. Whenever this happens, I feel quite hurt and I wonder if people even want to hang around me lol.
What’s a healthy way to not dwell on this?

If this is a pattern I *would* be dwelling on it and wondering why. I mean it’s fine if it happens once in a while, or even every so often, but if it happens a lot then I’d be wondering if there’s a reason why.
