For the last 3 years, I can relate that, whenever I got errection or have some pleasurable sensation (going to errect) or thinking some erotic dreams having some tremors or shaking in my penis but if I quite masturbation for more than 4/5 days, then I don’t face any tremors/shaking.
What is the cause of my problem?I am 23 now
