How do I handle this situation? I can’t choose one of them and I can’t have both obviously. I had sex with both and I have emotional connection with both. This is exhausting..

  1. You might not be monogamous and that’s ok, but you need to be ethical about it. To be fair to them, you’ll have to be honest because they should have the opportunity to consent or opt out.

  2. Maybe you’re non-monogamous. But also why can’t you choose one? Right now it just sounds like you’re dating and may decide eventually on one or the other
