I met this guy through mutual friends. I’ve only met him once, and my friend says he’s pretty shy. I got his number today and want to ask him out via text (how we’ve been talking). So what do I say? I’m so nervous I could puke. He has no clue I’m interested.

  3. Being a shy guy myself. Just simple “I would like to go out with your sometime. Are you interested?” Getting that would honestly make my day. Plus would also take some pressure off me and help me to relax thus opening me up to be slightly less shy. Just some things to think about and consider.
