When a girl asks you to “hang out” + you know that she’s a shy person that never escalated any of her relationships romantically, how do you turn her initial offer into a more romantic offer?
For context, we were both traveling and met at a hostel, went to the bar together that night and exchanged numbers before never seeing each other again.
That was 6 months ago and we’re keeping in touch and go really deep in our conversation but here’s my confusion:
She asked me a couple of times to let her know when I pass by her city as she’d “love to hang out and talk face to face” (although I mentioned that I just might visit her country)
Now I’m really interested in her and will definitely try to give it a shot romantically, but since she has 0 experience in dating etc. I thought of first agreeing to hanging out together and then while we hung out, ask her if she wants to go on a date on the next weekend before I leave the country again. Is that too deceiving or can someone please help me how to turn this situation into a clearer picture for me?
