I dont realize it until I got out (either to see a doctor, friend, or just go walking) and see people. And I realize that because I get excited meeting people. Which is ironic because Im a huge introvert, very soft spoken at first, would probably rather watch youtube by myself for my free time… But when I finally go out and have the opportunity to talk to someone about anything, i get happy and excited inside, and in my head im thinking the things I want to say instead of speaking it. Im literally just silent but on the inside im just holding in all my excitement well :’)
This probably wont make any sense to some but… thats one thing I noticed about myself today.

  1. I get it. I like my alone time. I like my social time.

If you want to express what you’re feeling to others, vocalize your thoughts to yourself first. Imagine what you’d say and how you’d say it. Work it out so it’s as smooth as possible. Rehearse it. That way, when you have an opportunity to express yourself to someone else, you’ll know more or less what to say. Then you won’t have to be in your head so much when meeting people. You’ll be more present.
