  1. Longhead of the tricep.

    My back is thick like Yujiro, pecs full like Arnold, the biceps of a guy who does curls, and nice meaty shoulders, but my longhead tricep? Pathetic. Been doing a lot more cable overhead extensions

  2. I’m still trying to get back to where I was prepandemic, and then better even. Focusing on compound movements in the gym so I can cut and build at the same time. Been working at it and about to work even harder.
