I don’t advertise all that upfront, the few dates I’ve been on are just, not well
One woman couldn’t handle dealing with her HOA and external flooding—“I need a man to handle this.” Had a real basic job shoveling food trays at the local hospital.
Another—32 still living at home and didn’t seem to have ambition to move out.
What am I missing?

I am happy that you think you have made it in life. Good for you. However, not everyone gets the opportunity to do well even if they work super hard.
Basic job shovelling food tray at a local hospital is still a job and should be respected.
If this is a turn off for you, then maybe just ask people whay they do for a living before you go out with them?
