definitely having coffee, it’s very soothing psychologically.
Scream singing and car dancing to pop songs on the way to work.
I wake up an hour early to grind and brew fresh coffee, and enjoy it while reading a couple chapters of my book.
I need a slow, chill wake up lol. Then head to the gym, shower, get dressed, and head into the office. I feel completely uncentered without my little routine.
I always feel my best when I’m able to get a good early morning sweat in and I’m ready for the day, before the city wakes up from their slumber.

Daily affirmation journaling, followed by meditation and 10 min yoga. It is amazing!
