I’ve found success with the Trojan Hot Shot and Trojan Vibrations Tandem Couples Ring. They are relatively cheap and work well for me. My wife also likes them. We tried a more expensive one and she did not like it, so we just go with the affordable ones now. Like you I am average or slightly below average.

Search on Amazon for cock rings and get a variety pack if you are worried that standard size isn’t going to fit. They’re like $10.
BTW if you are worried about your penis size, look into manual penis enlargement. There are couple of subs on Reddit. I’ve been doing it for many years and I’ve gone from below average length and girth to above average for both.
Definitely either get a set of slightly different sizes, or an adjustable one. I’ve heard good things about the elastic ones with an adjuster (cord lock?) but never tried one.
