Friend is very vocal that she is a blunt person almost to the point it sounds like she is bragging about being so “confident” to speak her mind. Over 75% of the time, her “blunt” comments are unwarranted and just flat out rude.
Have you called a friend out for this behavior in the past and if so how did it end?

I’ve found that nearly 100% of the time, people who say “I’m just blunt, I can’t help it” is their way to try to excuse themselves for being a shitty and insecure person who doesn’t care enough about other people to not say hurtful things to them.
