Why would a girl text me more and in a much more interested tone when she is drunk?

1. Because alcohol reduces inhibitions. She may have some anxiety or depression when she’s sober and it’s released a bit when she’s drunk

2. I’m no mind reader but I do this sometimes. It’s when a really like a guy but I’m afraid that he doesn’t like me back. So when I’m drunk my impulse control goes down and I get honest but then when I’m sober, I feel really embarrassed and act cold to cover up my emotions because I’m afraid he’ll get scared and run away or just embarrassed.

   It could be that ^ or maybe simply she’s just drunk and wanting attention.

   If you like it & like her, you need to take the risk and reassure her. You have to tell her you like the things she says when she’s drunk and ask her if she really means it or if she was just drunk and talking nonsense.
