What the first thing you can quit out of all of your addictions?

  1. Probably milk. God I love milk so much I drink 2-3 gallons of 2% a week. I have to get my blood work done yearly and there is never anything wrong with my cholesterol or blood pressure but whenever it is that raises I might have to quit.

  2. I want to cut down the number of showers I take every day which is currently 5-6 and one thing I can cut out, is brushing & flossing during every shower because I’ve heard it’s bad to brush that often.

    So, brushing my teeth is the first addiction I want to quit / reduce followed by showering

  3. Sugar – easy

    Caffeine – probably a hard 2-3 weeks of withdrawal and painful sweating but I’ll manage

    Sex / porn – that’s just impossible to me nor would I want to.

  4. I despise throwing around the term addiction for bad habits, or things you indulge a little too much.

    Maybe I’m the asshole. Hard to feel sympathy for a sugar ‘addiction’.

    But, I’m a former heroin user and I’ve been quite the cunt lately. Just came to bitch.
