In the US: public bathrooms are dirty, lack privacy and all seem to have the same austere prison-cell aesthetic. Also, drivers camping in the left lane and overtaking on the right.
On a more positive note, people are very friendly and outgoing. To my surprise, it felt sincere every time. This was in the Pacific Northwest.
