Hoping to better understand a man’s perspective on peace ☮️

  1. Relaxing moments where you feel save, warm and without any worries about the small and big problems that everyday life brings.

  2. The person doesn’t cause drama. Intentionally antagonizing you to get attention. Nagging over something they want done that they could do themselves. When they call your name, do you get a sense of dread or like “what do they want now” type reaction? That’s not peace.

People who are overly pessimistic might not be good at giving someone peace. Criticizing everything just feels like they are never happy or satisfied. Feeling the need to fill the silence with unnecessary noise, either from them talking or turning on the tv/radio.

They should be able to deescalate a situation. This means they don’t throw things when they are angry, they don’t say mean/hurtful things, they don’t raise their voice especially to talk over someone else, etc.

  3. Getting home from work. Getting on the couch with my wife. Eating some dinner and watching something on YouTube or streaming site. Knowing our lives only get better from here
