How to deal with a socially awkward coworker?

I really care about this person but I have no idea how to deal them. The way they respond to things and things they say and do sometimes are just plain odd. They clearly have an uncommon personality and that is fine. I want to accept her for who she is and not get frustrated with her.

I’ve also had to smooth things over with other coworkers who have complained about her. She won’t change and I just want to learn to not get offended and just accept.

Any advice?
