In german it’s “Landratte”, which translates to “land rat”.
In Dutch”landrot” or ”walrat”, ”Walrat” literly translates to Shore-rat. ”Landrot” maybe someone can help me with that.
In Spanish it would be “marinero de agua dulce”: fresh water sailor.
Landkrabbe, so pretty much the same as the English landcrab.
We have landkrabbe (land-crab) and also ferskvandsmatros (fresh-water sailor) along those lines
Seems all the nordic countries have the same. Landkrabba in Swedish.
