Is a handsfree orgasm, I’m talking completely hands free, the same thing ultimately as a ruined orgasm?

It appears both would be very small orgasms but both result in ejaculating with having little effect on your PNC?

Edit: should say, I’m ultimately trying to swallow as much of my own cum as I can. Ruining, in the traditional sense works, but the volume isn’t there.
