every time i jerk off i get intrusive thoughts of things i really do NOT want to think about while jerking off – children, close freinds, family members. how do i make it stop?

  1. Mindfulness meditation and ERP are both powerful tools that can help deal with intrusive thoughts. You can’t control your thoughts but you can control your reaction to them. You can learn to just let them pass without getting stuck in an anxiety loop.
