How to Hold Vibrator with Minimal Vibrations in Hand

Holding vibrating tools can lead to hand-arm vibration syndrome – or even if it doesn’t, vibration exposure is not ideally healthy for the hands. Therefore, is there some type of device, handle, or holder I can use to hold my bullet vibrator? I don’t mean something hands-free because I need my hands to guide the vibrator just right – I mean some kind of vibration-absorbing holder I can attach to the vibrator, just so I don’t feel as much of the vibration in my hand.
