Today my roommate complained to me that they can hear everything when we do it. I’m really embarrassed but I don’t know what to do about it. Does anyone have any suggestions

Understand first that there’s nothing wrong with being loud or vocal in bed. In fact, it’s fucking hot. It’s normal. It happens when you’re lost in the moment which is what sex should be about. *But,* you also gotta be considerate of your surroundings and adjust accordingly. Stick to whispering and heavy breathing. If the bed is making noise, do something to counteract whatever the noise is…banging against the wall? Put a towel between the bed and the wall. Squeeky bed? Have him adjust his rhythm and the position you guys have having sex in.

You don’t really have many options. You either do it when nobody is home, you do it somewhere else or you just accept that people will hear you. Of course, they may not be comfortable with being able to hear you.
You could try putting something in your mouth to muffle the sound, it could even become part of the routine. A gag of sorts. It may not reduce the volume too much though and you may not enjoy it.
Perhaps you could train yourself to substitute sexual words for grocery items. That way you would just sound like you’re really enthusiastic about shopping 🤔

Don’t have sex with your roommate their. Aside from that, don’t do it at your uni. Do it at night in a car, or in a park. Somewhere where there’s no people, but you feel comfy. It can be kinda kinky though so don’t get addicted.
