What do you do when you’re feeling some sadness?

  1. Watch america’s got talent golden buzzer auditions to make myself cry. It’s a nice release

  2. If I’m a little sad, I play music, practice yoga or play video games to distract myself. If I’m big sad, I cry and then fall asleep

  3. Honestly I indulge in the sadness. I know it sounds silly. I will lament over my troubles, listen to sad songs, and usually after an hour or so I’m feeling good again.

  4. FRIENDS!

    I hangout with friends, either online or have them come over, when I’m around friends it’s impossible to be sad.

  5. HALT. Ask myself if I am Hungry, Angry/Anxious, Lonely, or Tired. Address if an area feels like it needs some support.
