I think a common one is someone who shows interest in the person who’s talking or person they are with.
A smile
Validation. Especially coming from a person you believe has the value and fortitude to give it.
Genuinely being supportive.
Me.
Their ability to recite many animal fun facts
Being humble is a big one for me. Especially when that person is highly skilled in whatever it is.
Being kind to everyone regardless of their appearance, age etc.

For me, it’s being able to geek out/ talk in depth about a shared interest or hobby.
Second best is the ability to joke around with that person or clown on something we both find silly/stupid about work, society, or culture.
