Hi everyone, if you needed to be up at 7am for work, what time would you want to sleep the night before?

  1. Never on time.

    If I have a morning shift, I got to bed at 11:00 to wake up at 5:30. I try to be in bed by 10:00 but somehow, I always find a way not to.

  2. I go to bed at 6:30 am

    If I had to be up at 7 am though, I’d wake up at 6:30 am. If I had to *be at work* at 7 am, I would wake up half an hour before I needed to start commuting.

  3. It fluctuates between 10:00 p.m. and 12:00 a.m. šŸ¤·šŸ¾ā€ā™‚ļø.

    Sometimes it’s hard to turn the mind off.

  4. I go to sleep between 12:30am – 2:00am and get up at 6:30am. I know I should be going to sleep earlier.

  5. If I didn’t have to get up until 7 then I might go to bed around 10.

    8-9 hours of sleep tends to be optional for me during the week, I normally have one 10-12 hour night during the weekend that helps me recover a bit from the week
