It does hurt and I don’t know what to do. I am a virgin but just didn’t know what other sub to go to for some advice and help. I think it’s also worth mentioning that I do have phimosis, but I do make it my duty to make sure I keep my penis as clean as possible with this restriction. This has only started happening around a month or 2 months ago. If anyone knows why this is happening and how I can help it please let me know.

My first thought is contact dermatitis. Do you use any heavily scented lotions or soaps on that region? Could be an allergy. I’d get it looked at by a professional if it’s been 2 months like that. I’m sorry you’re going through pain
Dried and cracked sounds like a fungal or yeast infection, caused by the phimosis. Get to a doctor, fix both.
