Sometimes my semen is like fully white and other times it looks almost like misty water, is there something specific that I’m doing that changes this? Or is it random? If it helps I’ve been taking hormones for about a year now

  1. Nah, it’s normal. Sometimes it’s thinner/more diluted, and other times it’s thicker. Pretty normal stuff.

  2. People sorta already answered this but I wanted to add that for trans women, HRT usually makes semen more clear and watery.

Actually your semen being fully white might be a sign that your anti-androgen dose is too low, or that you forgot to take it. It’s one of the first effects to show up if your testosterone level starts rising again.

I don’t want to stray too far into the territory of giving unqualified medical advice over the internet though. You should maybe talk to your doctor about it (if they’re reasonably competent in trans healthcare) and get your blood hormone levels checked.

In the past that’s been a sign for me that I’ve neglected taking my anti-androgen for too long.
