You’re probably not sexually compatible. You can try telling her that you are down to fuck any where, any time she wants, but if she has a low libido and no interest in sex, you should not expect her to suddenly be using you freely.
Instead, you should decide if this is a fair relationship for you, at 21, to be in. Do you want to spend what should be the best and most exciting time in your life begging for sex from someone who is incompatible with your sexual needs and libido, or do you break up with loving kindness, and find partners that are compatible and able to fulfill your needs?
With my wife, it went like this. On the first day of vacation I tossed her on the bed and gave her oral sex. I told her I was going until she couldn’t handle it anymore.
