I don’t know if I am getting you correctly but you need to understand that there is one type of sensitivity but can be interpreted in two ways.
There is the first sensitivity which is borderline on pain. This type of very sensitive is often confused with the very sensitive of pleasure where the pleasure is so much that the slightest lick or thrust could set you off literally.
Yes, the second sensitivity is genital but the bigger part of it is mentally, it is most identified with horniness.
I don’t know if you can get that subtle difference?
