Me and my crush have known each other for 6 months. But we have been texting more frequently lately. And I feel like he is flirting with me at work. But he told me a couple of times he forgot to reply and then says sorry. Now, my last text was on Wednesday and it is already Saturday. Why do guys forget to reply. Does it mean he is not interested in me?

He’s not forgetting. Nobody who actually likes you will “forget” to reply.
Think of what triggers you to immediately want to reply to someone compared to times in which your rather not. I’m sorry 🙁
I personally get sidetracked and then it slips my mind to respond to people. He might do the same maybe?
I wouldn’t rule it out that he doesn’t like you. He could just maybe not go on his phone too often.
