There is a girl that I work with and we have been kind of getting to know over the past couple of months. This girl seems to be the only one that I have a connection with. The other day during work she told me that she was gonna send me a text but realized she didn’t have my number my coworker interjected and just made it awkward for me to get her number. I followed her on Instagram the next day but I do not know what to say at all to even start a conversation. I see her this Thursday so I suppose I could just ask for her number then, but time is of the essence

Why not comment on a photo, get a conversation going, and then move to messages?
