My boyfriend is always late (F-23 M-23)

So my boyfriend and i (f23 and m23) have been dating for about 6 months now. He has always been late when i tell him to come over, before he used not communicate with me at all but after i told him how much i hated that now he tells me he will be here around 7-7:30. He never gives a set time and always makes sure to say maybe so that i dont have the expectation that hes gunna be here at a certain time. 2 days ago he said he would be here around 7:40 and he got here at 8:40. i had planned to cook him dinner to celebrate his first day in a new job but it really annoyed me that he was late because he wouldve had to left early because he had to wake up early the next day. When he finally called me i kindof yelled at him about how hes always late and he yelled back at me saying i am getting crazier and crazier. I feel really butt hurt about him saying that because i dont think i am being crazy. AITA? I feel like he doesn’t care about my time and doesnt prioritize me and he says that he hates when i say that and that hes not actually late because he said maybe.
