Not me but my parents, my mom found out that my dad cheated on her with our neighbor and other women in clubs and his job and it destroyed my mom she never wanted him to touch or kiss her again so they have slept in separate rooms since I was 10 I’m 21 now.
We always did and tbh it’s great. We sleep together often but sometimes if I need that good uninterrupted sleep ill sleep alone or if she feels like staying up late I’ll go to bed early by myself and she doesn’t have to wake me up. We do sleep together 90% of the time in my room, the master with the king bed. Her room is more so used as a walk in closet so I don’t have women clothes and makeup and stuff all over my room which I keep looking minimalist.
Do you mean for sleeping? We sleep in the same one and same bed, but I got an office room for myself a few years ago when we upgraded and it’s where I spend most of my time. So nice to have a space that’s just yours, plus I work from home so I need a quiet space.
Now that she doesn’t smell my sleep farts all night she is no longer disgusted by me!
Not me but an old co-worker noted that she and her partner slept in separate rooms. We were a typical 8-4ish type of job. Partner got up to work at I think 4am. Or maybe had to be at work at 4am @.@. Whatever they’re doing worked because they’re getting married soon
My snoring prevents my wife from getting a full night of sleep so lately I’ve been sleeping in the guest room more and more. We both hate it and want to sleep in the same bed but can’t figure out a good solution for my snoring. I did a sleep study and apparently have mild sleep apnea and was recommended an APAP device but I can’t imagine being able to sleep with one of those on your face (I’m a light sleeper). Also tried several other things like nose strips, mouth tape, nasal expanders, etc, and nothing works consistently.
