Basically my friend came to me for help but since I don’t have the problem and she’s a woman and I’m a guy I’m Basically 0 help

Her problem is she doesn’t feel good during sex.
She said it feels good for like 2 seconds and then it stops feeling good and is “meh” she originally asked what is normal to think about during sex, so I assume there’s atleast some level of over thinking.

I told her that it’s probly something that will be fixed over time from fixing something else like self image, but idk for sure.

I said that maybe if she described the exact physical feelings she’s having as best she could either to herself or to her partner that it might help her feel it more.
I told her I wasn’t sure though, cuz I’m not.

I’m posting this for her because she doesn’t want to and she told me she doesn’t want to tell her partner because he had said the last time was the best, and she thinks saying it wasn’t that good would make her feel bad.

If you ask for details on something just know

I’m not the one experiencing this problem, and I haven’t before.

I’m not her partner.

She is female, I’m male.
