I’m 41 year old living in Germany. I have a 10 years old Opel corsa car (costed me incl. renewing some wear parts around 7k €) and it does what it supposed to do. I’ve noticed that people in USA even young ones are using their credit card to buy new expensive cars.. i’m just wondering where does this mentality comes from.. like people in USA were fine driving old cars 15 or even up to 20 years ago. What have changed since then?
